The following comments are from the
'07-'08 class survey in June where students shared feedback they had on the class:
"Social Studies at
the beginning was very hard but it got fun at the end of the year."
"I liked when we did Chelsea
Bank."
"I know a lot about democrats and republicans."
"When I get older and go
to Italy for example I will know about it."
"I liked Social Studies this year because I learned a lot
and also had fun."
"You are a very cool teacher Mr. Krieger."
"I learned to respect others and not fight."
"I loved Social Studies because my homeroom teacher teaches us about respect and
to not fight. He wants us to have a college degree."
"I
will use my vocab words that I learn."
"I can use SEAN got 3 A's
to memorize continents."
"I like all of the drawings that you
made us do. It was cool and made me do better in art class."

can use what I learned in Social Studies because I can know more about different continents and know their way of life."
"You taught me a lot about history that I never thought existed like
Hammurabbi, King Tut, Julius Caesar and more...that I can use in the future!!!"
"I think that Social Studies is the most interesting subject in the sixth grade because we have such a
great teacher Mr. Krieger. I really truly learn a lot in your class. For example I never knew what Pangaea was
but you taught me and now I can tell people what it means. You also taught me some big words and a lot about other
countries and continents."
"I can use what I learned about Gandhi
to treat people the way I want to be treated."
